GTI Tendon Fabrication Lines
GTI Fabrication Lines are built for fast and efficient tendon production with the features you need. Choose between standard Cutting Line configurations of 2, 3 or 4 tubs. All lines are built with tub brakes and an “E Stop” feature for safety. Single or dual vertical Pay-off with horizontal Pay-off is also an option.
The main control panel is designed to be simple and user-friendly with easy tub selection along with one step batch selection and footage entry, and easy to load processing parameters for ramp up and down speed along with run speed. Additionally, a Totalizer allows for monitoring the remaining strand on the pack and tracking daily footage production.
